RedCrest eFiling

Welcome to the Supreme Court of Victoria's eFiling system.

Wait times for registry services such as subpoenaed document inspections, default judgments and warrants, and authenticated orders, have increased.

Court users are asked to refrain from follow up enquiries so that staff can concentrate on fulfilling the original request.

RedCrest-Search is now available to file litigation and court file search requests

The new RedCrest-Search website, which improves the process to submit litigation and court file search requests, is now available to use. As a result, you can no longer use RedCrest to submit litigation or court file search requests.

You can now register for an account for RedCrest-Search by visiting www.redcrest.com.au/search. You can use the same email that you have used for RedCrest eFiling.

The RedCrest-Search website contains a Help section with answers to common questions and video guidance on the new processes.

 RedCrest eFiling Hub

The RedCrest eFiling system is used for matters in the Court of Appeal, Common Law Division, Criminal Division and Commercial Court.

In response to feedback obtained by Court users, the Supreme Court launched the RedCrest Hub on Wednesday 12 April on the Court’s website, to improve the experience for all users of RedCrest.

In the Hub, users can log in to RedCrest, RedCrest-Probate and RedCrest-Search; new users can learn how to create an account. Users can also access instructional guides and videos, locate forms, and find information about fees.
