You need to register for an account if you want to file an application or other documents with the Probate Office, search an application that has already been filed, file a caveat, or deposit a will for safekeeping. You do not need to register to
view a grant or
advertisement.
The personal information you provide may be used by the Court to generate legal documents. Any documents you file will be available for the public to search, on payment of a fee, after the application has been granted or finalised. All information submitted is stored in secure data and information management systems.
The email address you provide will be required for login. All notifications from the Probate Office will be sent to this email address, including a copy of the grant if one is made. Make sure it is an email address you check regularly.
